You can play music from the Spotify app by pressing the devices icon, and then selecting the relevant speakers:

If you’d like to play in multiple zones, then download and open the Sonos app. Once you have started playing a one zone in the Spotify app, you can add additional zones from the Sonos app into your listening session:
